We complete a complimentary property inspection to assess storm damage.

FILE INSURANCECLAIM
If there is sufficient storm damage, we assist you with calling your insurance company and filing your claim. It is important to get the claim filed properly with your company.

WE MEET WITH THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER AT YOUR PROPERTY
Our trained property inspectors will assist the adjuster in identifying storm damage and ensure that nothing is overlooked.

REVIEW ADJUSTERREPORT
The adjuster will prepare an estimate based on the scope of work we discussed with him while at your property. It is important that we review the adjuster report to ensure the scope of work is correct and all local code items are accounted for.

MATERIAL SELECTION AND CONTRACT
We will present material options to you that are best suited for your needs.

How much is this going to cost?
The most you will have to pay is your deductible. Per ,Texas House Bill 2102, proof of a deductible payment must be provided. This protects the homeowners from being taken advantage of by “fly by night” roofing companies.
Do I have to pay my deductible?
Per Texas House Bill 2102 (which was presented in 2019), proof of deductible payment made by the homeowner is required.
What areas do you serve?
In Texas, we service the Dallas and Fort Worth DFW area along with many outlying areas. In Colorado, we service the Denver area and all surrounding areas. Give us a call to verify whether we service your area.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes, we charge $499 for small repairs. This price also includes a full roof refresh.
How long will my roof replacement take?
Typically, we finish the install of the roof within 1 business day. Large roofs can sometimes take two days.
Are you insured and bonded?
ABSOLUTELY. All of our crews are also insured. We provide you with a copy of our insurance prior to installation.
